Let me tell you a funny story. Mir Yar Baloch, sitting somewhere abroad in comfort while the people he claims to represent struggle with the consequences of the terrorism his network enables, recently announced the establishment of a “Republic of Balochistan” and declared that 85 percent of the province is under terrorist control. Sounds alarming. It is actually embarrassing. Because this lie was not born in Balochistan.
It was manufactured in the same RAW factory that has been mass-producing disinformation about Pakistan for decades, designed to show Balochistan burning to please the masters sitting in Delhi and Tel Aviv.
So let us answer this fantasy with facts.
If 85 percent of Balochistan is under terrorist control, who is sitting in the Balochistan Assembly right now? Who is running 32 administrative divisions? Who built a grid station worth Rs 1.4 billion in Washuk? Who reopened 3,778 closed schools and enrolled 717,000 children in government education in two years? Who increased the university budget from Rs 2.5 billion to Rs 8 billion? Who connected Washuk to the national electricity grid for the first time in its history? Mir Yar Baloch, tweeting from a comfortable room in London or Dubai, cannot answer any of these questions, because the answer to all of them is Pakistan, the same state his masters have spent decades trying to destabilize and failing spectacularly.
The military answer to his fantasy is even more direct. Where did the hundreds of terrorists killed in Operation Shaaban go? Where did 32 BLF terrorists end up in Nal, Khuzdar? Where did 216 terrorists vanish in January 2026 alone? They booked their tickets to hell at the hands of the Pakistan Army, FC, and police, who are dismantling these terrorist networks by operation while Mir Yar Baloch announces fictitious republics from abroad. The factional chaos tearing the BLA apart from within, commanders fighting over funding, operatives afraid to show their faces, is not a secret. His network is not fighting for a sacred cause. It is burning Balochistan to please Narendra Modi.
Now look at what Mir Yar Baloch and his Delhi-Tel Aviv axis actually fear. They fear Gwadar Port handling 11,000 containers in April 2026 alone. They fear the United States pledging more than one billion dollars in investment in Reko Diq, one of the world’s largest copper and gold reserves. They fear China, Japan, the European Union, and Gulf countries lining up to invest in Balochistan’s infrastructure. They fear the NFC award to Balochistan rising from Rs 160 billion to Rs 743 billion. An unstable, occupied province does not attract this scale of global investment. A developing province of Pakistan does.
And the real Baloch people? They are not the ones Mir Yar Baloch pretends to represent. They are SP Shabana Irshad and SP Pari Gul Tareen, daughters of Balochistan serving in uniform. They are the farmers whose land is greening under development initiatives. They are the women learning computers and building livelihoods at the vocational center in Turbat. They are the residents of Hanna Urak who picked up whatever they had and repelled a terrorist attack.
Mir Yar Baloch has zero loyalty to the people of Balochistan. He has demonstrated only one consistent commitment: keeping Balochistan a wound rather than letting it become a success, because a successful Balochistan is the grave of his masters’ agenda and the end of his own relevance.
His fictitious republic exists on social media and in RAW’s files. The real Balochistan exists in its schools, its ports, its hospitals, its elected assembly, and in the blood of its sons and daughters who chose Pakistan over foreign propaganda every single day.
From the mountains of Ziarat to the shores of Gwadar, every stone is a witness. This land was Pakistan’s, is Pakistan’s, and will always be Pakistan’s. Balochistan is Pakistan. Always was, always will be.
